Significant experience (5+ years) in a production management role, preferably in the manufacturing. Plastic Packaging Manufacturing is preferred.

Strong technical understanding of production processes, equipment and quality control methods

Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on continuous improvement and employee development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Disciplined, decisive, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Proficient in data analysis and using technology to drive operational efficiency

Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Major.
